This guide will walk you through the process of creating an Catch All Email Forward on Easy Sites. We will start from the login screen to cater for new users. A catch-all email account is an address that is specified to receive all messages that are addressed to an incorrect email address for a domain.
Step one will walk you through the process of logging into Easy Sites and navigating to the email forward section if you already know how to do this, please skip to step two.
(Navigating to the Email Section)
Let's start by navigating to www.easysites.uk and clicking the login button at the top right of the page. Once pressed you will be presented with a Login Screen where you can enter the username and password provided by Easy Domains. If you do not have access to your username and password please follow our Forgot Password tutorial.
You should now be presented with a list of domains you have hosted with Easy Domains. Please click manage on the domain you would like to make changes to.
From this next page, you will need to select Domain Management (@) from the top Navigation and then Email Forwards from the left side Quick Manage menu or from one of the centre blocks.
(Creating a Catch All Email Forward)
In this section, we will walk you through the process of creating a Catch All Email Forward.
Under the heading "Default Address" enter the email address you would like your catch all to send the email too. Once the email address has been entered click "Set Catch All Address" to set the email. In the example below we setup a catch all for firstname.lastname@example.org, this makes sure we do not miss any mail due spelling mistakes.
Now this has been set any email which goes to an invalid address @yourdomain will be forwarded on to your email address.
